Voted _ that the President be hereby authorized
to execute, acknowledge, and deliver, in the name
and behalf of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn, to Alden Speare, a deed of
assignment fully confirming, ratifying and
adopting, as the act and deed of said corporation
the assignment above recited.
