1890 Jan. 14 Special Meeting
January 14, 1890.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Tuesday, January 14,
1890, at 2:30 o'clock, P.M.

Present, The President, and Messrs. Choate,
Eaton, Hodges, Jones, Payson and Sears.

Records.
The records of the Meeting of November 13, 1889, and
of subsequent meetings were read and approved.

Monthly Bills.
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the Schedules of Monthly Bills: – December
11, 1889, $4723.18, and January 8, 1890, $3309.54; and that
the same had been thereupon paid by the Treasurer.

Voted. that the action of the President in this
regard be fully ratified and approved.

Contracts Perpetual Care.
The Committee on Lots recommended Contracts
for the perpetual care of Lots as follows, all of
which were approved by the Board:
