Annual Reports. President
The President presented and read the Annual
²⁹⁹ Report to the Proprietors, and it was,

Voted, that the Annual Report as read be approved
and adopted as the Report of the Trustees to the
Proprietors, and that it be printed and distributed
to the Proprietors.

[Annual Reports.] Treasurer, Superintendent
The Report ³⁰⁰ of the Treasurer as approved by
the Committee on Finance, and that of the ³⁰¹ Super-
intendent, having been presented, it was

Voted that the same be accepted, printed and
distributed to the Proprietors.

Abstract of Deeds Secretary's Compensation
The President reported that the had agreed on be-
half of the Corporation, in accordance with the vote
of the Board at the meeting of November 13, 1889, to
pay to the Secretary, on thousand dollars ($1000) as
extra compensation for preparing the Abstract of
Deeds directed to be made by vote of the Board, at
the meeting of May 20, 1889, the same being payable
on completion of the work, and if, for any cause, the
Secretary should be unable personally to complete the
same, a proportionate part thereof to be paid for
that part of the work then completed.
