was held, as notified, on Thursday, , at

Present, the President, and Messrs. Browne, Choate,
Hodges, Payson, Rice, Sears, Jones and Wolcott.

The records of the meeting of ,
and of subsequent meetings were read and
approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the Schedules of Monthly Bills: –

$6,512.35; and , $7,571.73; and that the same
had been thereupon paid by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this re-
gard, be fully ratified and approved.

Sales of Land
The Secretary presented a Statement 302 of

Treasurer's Quarterly Report.
The Treasurer having presented his Report 303 for the
Quarter ending , the same was referred
to the Committee on Finance.

Neglected Lots.
Voted, that Lots 304 numbered 564, Gardner; 584, French;
1045, Holton; 1301, Cook; 1354, Jenkins; 1550, Allen;
1631, Tuckerman; 2064, Carswell; and 3513, Timson,
being in a state of continued neglect, and their con-
dition impairing the appearance of the Cemetery the
