Secretary, under the direction of the President, send
written notice by mail to the last known residence
of the Proprietor or Representative of each of said
Lots of the fact of their condition; and that if the
same shall remain in such neglected condition for
thirty days after the date of such notice, the Super-
intendent put them in proper order, under the di-
rection of the President, at the expense of the re-
spective Proprietors, as provided by Article VI. of
the By-Laws.
