[Repair Fund Commissions on Expenditures] Report
services of the officers of the Corporation in administering said
fund, reported verbally that in view of the necessity of main-
taining a surplus of the Repair Fund to meet unforseen
contingencies, and of the present reduced rate of interest
as compared with that formerly received, the Committee
did not deem it advisable to make any change in the
method of anministering the same. The Committee,
however, recommended that, as the surplus of the Repair
Fund appeared to be fully sufficient for present pur-
poses, the sum of $1708.40, with interest compounded
at 4 percent, be transferred from that fund to the
General Fund, from which it was transferred to the
Repair Fund by vote of the Board of Trustees, passed

Upon motion, the report of the Committee was ac-
cepted, and the transfer ordered to be made, as rec-
ommended.

Plan of Cemetery
The President on behalf of the Committee on Lots
to whom was referred, at the meeting of , the
subject of preparing a new outline Plan of the Cem-
etery Grounds, as suggested at the last Annual
Meeting, presented a copy of the existing 305 Plan,
with the recent changes and additions sketched
thereon, as prepared by the Superintendent, and re-
ported that the old plate could be altered at small
expense so as to show such changes and additions,
and recommended the same to the Board for their
