Voted. That the Committee on Lots be authorized to
cause such alterations to be made in the plate, and that
Ten Thousand copies of the same be printed.

New Catalogue
The President, on behalf of the Committee on Lots, to
whom was referred, at the meeting of , the
subject of preparing a new Catalogue 306 of the Cemetery
read a communication from the Superintendent in
regard to the New Catalogue and Plan, and presented
several specimen proof sheets showing an alphabet-
ical list of the proprietors and also an arrangement
of Lots by paths and numbers, with estimates of cost.

Vote.
After some discussion, it was Voted _

That the Committee on Lots be authorized to prepare
a new Catalogue in the form shown in style No. 3, con-
taining a list of Trustees and officers, an alphabeti-
cal list of proprietors and an alphabetical list of ave-
nues and paths, under which the lot numbers and
names of proprietors are to be entered in regular order:
the same to be printed in double columns; and that
the Committee be authorized to cause Five Thousand
copies of the same to be printed, of which 2500 shall
be bound in cloth{, the new Plan of the Cemetery to}
[be bound in each copy: and, further, that a statement
be included in the next Annual Report to the effect
that any proprietor may obtain one of the cloth-bound
copies upon application at the office of the Corporation].

maybe "found in cloth" should be "bound"?

It is not clear from page 82-83 what was rescinded. While it says "from 'to be bound ...'". What remains only makes sense if the words enclosed in chains {} are also removed.
