Record of Undivided Interests in Lots.
The President, on behalf of the Committee ap-
pointed at the meeting of , to appear be-
fore the House Committee on the Judiciary, in oppo-
sition to the petition of Lowell M. Palmer and others
for legislation to compel the making of records of
conveyances of undivided interests in Lots, and
for securing to holders of such undivided interests
their rights of burial reported that the members
of the Committee had attended the hearing before
the Judiciary Committee, and that the arguments
against the petition were presented by Mr Choate;
and that the Judiciary Committee reported at a
later day, giving the petitioners leave to withdraw.
