July 14 Special Meeting
July 14. 1890

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified on Monday, July 14. 1890,
at 12:15 o'clock P.M.

Present. The President and Messrs. Browne, Eaton
Jones, Rice, Whitney and Wolcott.

The reading of the records of the last meeting
was waived.

Water Pipe for Cemetery
Voted. That the President and Superintendent be
authorized to make a contract for such iron water-
pipe as may be needed for use in the Cemetery, not
exceeding one mile thereof, and report at the
next meeting of the Board.

Notice of Appropriation See p. 82
The President gave notice that at the next meet-
ing of the Board he should ask for an appropri-
ation not exceeding $8000 for the purpose of paying
for such water pipe.

Transfer fr. Repair to Gen-eral Fund Vote rescinded
On motion of Mr. Browne it was voted,
That the vote of the Board passed at the meet-
ing of June 19. transferring the sum of $1708.40 and
interest from the Repair Fund to the General Fund
be rescinded.
