same shall remain in such neglected condition
for thirty days after the date of such notice,
the Superintendent put them in proper order,
under the direction of the President, at the ex-
pense of the respective Proprietors, as provided
by Article VI of the By Laws.

Plan of Cemetery.
The President stated that the new Plan of
the Cemetery had been prepared and printed, and
presented copies of the same for inspection.

New Catalogue Abstract of Deeds.
The President also stated that work upon the
new Catalogue had been begun and that good
progress had been made; also that the Secretary
had completed the Abstract of Deeds, and had
been paid the sum of $1000 as compensation there-
for, as provided by vote of the Board, passed
.

New Water Pipes Appropriation See page 77 Repair Fund to be charged ½ of expense.
Voted, that the sum of $8000. be appropriated to
defray the expense of putting the new iron water
pipes into the Cemetery, the same to be expended
under the direction of the President; and
that, whereas the system of water works in
the Cemetery is largely for the purpose of
keeping in good order the Lots under the perpetual
care of the Corporation, one-half of the ex-
pense of putting in said new water pipes be
charged to the Repair Fund.
