A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held on Tuesday, January 20. 1891. as noti-
fied, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present. the President, and Messrs. Choate,
Eaton, Hodges, Jones, Payson, Rice, Sears,
Whitney and Wolcott.

Records
The records of the meeting of November 12,
and of subsequent meetings were read and
approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the schedule of Monthly Bills
for December 10. 1890. amounting to $5249.25, and that
payment had been thereupon made by the
Treasurer

Voted that the action of the President in this
regard be fully ratified and approved.
