The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Wednesday, February 11, 1891
at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present. the President and Messrs. Browne, Choate,
Eaton, Hodges, Jones, Whitney and Wolcott.

The records of the last meeting were read and approved.

Trustees elected Feb. 2, 1891
The President announced that at the Annual
Meeting of the Proprietors held February 2, 1891, Messrs.
David R. Whitney and Richard M. Hodges were chosen
Trustees to serve for the term of six years ending 1897.

Election of President Treasurer Superintendent and Secretary
A ballot having been taken for President it ap-
peared that the whole number of ballots cast was
seven all of which were for Israel M. Spelman; and
he was declared elected. Whole numbers of bal-
lots cast for Treasurer, eight, all of which were for
H. B. Machintosh, for Superintendent, eight, all of
which were for J. W. Lousring; and for Secretary,
eight, all of which were for L. G. Farmer; and
they were severally, declared elected.

Salaries fixed
Voted. that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed
at $2500 for the ensuing year; that of the Assistant
at $1200; that of the Secretary at $600, and that he be
allowed the use of the office without paymentt of rent
therefor; and that of the Superintendant at $3600, and that
the last-named shall have the use of a House and the
grounds thereto belonging, the use of a Horse and Vehicle
