The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held as notified on Wednesday, April 8, 1891
at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present. The President and Messrs. Choate,
Eaton, Hodges, Jones, Rice and Sears

Records
The records of the last meeting were read and approved

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the schedule of Monthly Bills for March 11, _
$3214.28, and that the same had been therupon paid
by the Treasurer.

Voted that the action of the President in this
regard be fully satisfied and approved.

The schedule of April 8, showing a total of
$3513.59 was presented and it was thereupon voted
that upon approval by the President payment
thereof be made by the Treasurer
