gage given by Horace B. Parker and Henrietta M.
Parker to said Corporation, dated August 22, 1889,
and recorded with Middlesex South District Deeds.
Book 1928, p.4 upon payment to him as such
Treasurer, of the sum of Twelve Thousand dollars,
the same to be received on account of the prin-
cipal sum named in said mortgage.

Discharge of Said Mortgage.
Voted, that upon payment of the balance
due upon a certain mortgage note signed by
Horace B. Parker and Heurietta M. Parker,
secured by mortgage of real estate in Newton-
ville, dated August 22, 1889, and recorded with
Middlesex South District Deeds, Lib. 1928, fol. 4,
the Treasurer, with the approval of one member
of the Finance Commitee, is hereby authorized to
discharge said mortgage.

Treasurer General Authorizing} to Said mortgages
Voted, That the Treasurer, with the approval of
one of the members of the Finance Committee be, and
he hereby is authorized to discharge any mortgages
recurring to the Corporation, upon payment to
him as such Treasurer, of the sum or sums due
thereon, according to the terms thereof,
