1891 July 9 Special Meeting
July 9, 1891.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held aas notified, on Thursday, July 9, 1891, at
12:30 o'clock P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Choate,
Eaton, Hodges, Payson, Sears and Whitney.

Records
Voted to dispense with the reading of the
records of the last meeting.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the schedules of Monthly Bills: _ May 13,
$7,208.74; June 10, $9,575.04; and that the same had
thereupon been paid by the Treasurer. Voted _
that the action of the President in this regard be fully,
ratified and approved.

The Schedule of July 8 _ $7,134.96 - was then
presented, and it was thereupon Voted, that upon
approval by the President, payment thereof be made by
the Treasurer.

Voted that Representatives be designated for Lots as follows: _
