Sept. 28 Special Meeting
September 28, 1891.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Monday, September 28, 1891, at
12 o'clock M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Brown, Choate,
Jones, Payson, Rice, and Sears.

Records
The records of the special meeting of July 9 and
of subsequent meetings were read and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the Schedules of Monthly Bills: - August
12, $6,411.47, and September 9, $7,260.86, and that the
same had been thereupon paid by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

Contracts Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots recommended the following
Contracts for perpetual care, all of which were ap-
proved by the Board: -

The Secretary presented a statement of Sales of
Land from January 20, 1891 to September 28, 1891,
with sales reported but not paid for.
