1892 January 18 Special Meeting
January 18, 1892.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held as notified on Monday, January 18, 1892, at
2:15 o'clock P.M.

Present, The President and Messrs. Choate, Eaton,
Jones, Rice, Sears and Wolcott.

Records
The records of the meeting of September 28, 1892 [sic 1891], and
of subsequent meetings were read and approved.

Channing Clapp Resignation
The Board of Trustees was accepted and his
letter of resignation was placed on file.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills: _

October 14, ^$6,774.06; November 11, ^$4,618.08; December 9,
^$3,906.52; and that payments of the same had
been made by the Treasurer accordingly.

The Schedule of January 13, 1892, showing a total
of ^$5,086.71, was presented, and it was thereupon

Voted, That upon approval thereof by the Pres-
ident, payment be made by the Treasurer.

Annual Reports, President
The President having presented and read the An-
nual Report ³¹⁹ to the Proprietors, it was

Voted, That the same be approved and adopted as
the Annual Report of the Trustees to the Proprietors,
and that it be printed and distributed to them ac-
cordingly.
