the appearance of the Cemetery, the Secretary, under
the direction of the President, send written notice by
mail to the last known residence of the Proprietor or
Representative of each of said Lots, of the fact of their
condition; and that if the same shall remain in such
neglected condition for thirty days after the date of such
notice, the Superintendent put them in proper order,
under the direction of the President, at the expense
of the respective Proprietors, as provided by Article
VI. of the By-Laws.
