1892 February 10. Meeting.
February 10, 1892.

The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Wednesday, February 10, 1892, at 2:30 o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Choate, Eaton,
Johnson, Jones, Rice, Sears and Wolcott.

Voted, to waive reading the records of the last meeting.

Trustees elected Feb. 1, 1892.
The President announced that at the Annual Meeting of
the Proprietors held February 1, 1892, Messrs. Israel M. Spelman
and Jerome Jones were chosen Trustees to serve for the term of
six years, ending 1898, and that Mr. Samuel Johnson was
chosen Trustee for the unexpired term of Mr. Channing
Clapp, resigned, ending 1895.

Election of President Treasurer. Superintendent and Secretary
A ballot having been taken for President, it appeared
that the whole number of ballots was eight, all of
which were for Israel M. Spelman, and he was declared
elected. Whole number of ballots cast for Treasurer,
nine, all of which were for H. B. Mackintosh; for Super-
intendent, nine, all of which were for J. W. Lovering; and
for Secretary, nine, all of which were for L. G. Farmer; and
they were severally declared elected.

Salaries fixed
Voted, that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at
^$2500 for the ensuing year; that of the Assistand at ^$1200;
that of the Secretary at ^$600, and that he be allowed the
use of the office without payment of rent therefor; and
that of the Superintendent at ^$3600, and that the last-
named shall have the use of a House and the grounds
thereto belonging, the use of a Horse and Vehicle, and
