A special meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified on Thursday,,

Present, the President, and Messrs. Browne,
Choate, Eaton, Johnson, Jones, Payson and Wolcott.

Records reading dispened with
Voted, to dispense with the reading of the
records of previous meetings.

The Treasurer having presented his Report 324
for the Quarter ending , the same
was referred to the Committee on Finance.

Monthly Bills.
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills:

$7,396.55, and that the same had been thereupon
paid by the Treasurer. Voted. That the action
of the President in this regard be fully ratified
and approved.
