A special meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified on Thursday, June 9. 1892,
at 12:30 o'clock. P. M.

Present, the President, and Messrs. Browne,
Choate, Eaton, Johnson, Jones, Payson and Wolcott.

Records reading dispened with
Voted, to dispense with the reading of the
records of previous meetings.

Treasurer's Quarterly Report
The Treasurer having presented his Report ³²⁴
for the Quarter ending March 31, 1892, the same
was referred to the Committee on Finance.

Monthly Bills.
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills:

March 9, $3,129.37; April 13. $3,724.99; and May 11,
$7,396.55, and that the same had been thereupon
paid by the Treasurer. Voted. That the action
of the President in this regard be fully ratified
and approved.

The Schedule for June 8, showing a total of $7,767.85
was presented, and it was voted that upon approval
