Assignment to Ruth C. Haletal
A statement having been made to the Board that
a question had been raised as to the validity of the
assignment to Ruth C. Hale etal., executed by the
Treasurer in behalf of the Corporation.
recorded with Suffolk Deeds; Lib. 2052, fol. 447,
of a certain mortgage to said Corporation by Charles
J. Morse, dated recorded with said
deeds, Lib. 1573, fol. 467, it was voted. _

Vote
That the President be hereby authorized to execute,
acknowledge and deliver, in the name and in behalf
of the corporation to said Ruth C. Hale etal., Trs., a deed
of assignment fully confirming, ratifying and
adopting, as the act and deed of said Corporation,
the assignment above recited.

Iron Fence around Cemetery Notice of Appropriation
The President made a statement in regard to the
conditions of the iron fence around the Cemetery,
and give notice that at the next meeting of the
Board, he should ask for an appropriation
not exceeding Six Thousand dollars for the purpose
of rebuilding a portion of the fence on Coolidge
Avenue.

Voted that the President be requested to obtain
plans for the reconstruction of the iron fence
around the Cemetery.
