[Plans for Same New Pumping Engine] Notice of Appropriation
meeting of the Board, he should ask for an ap-
propriation not exceeding Six Thousand dollars
for this purpose.

Removal of Swan House
Voted that the matter of the removal of the Swan
House, laying out the land occupied by the
same into Lots and making such slight changes
in the avenues and paths in its immediate neigh-
borhood and around the East gate as may be
rendered necessary be referred to the President,
with power.

Partial Release of Mortgage
Voted, that the Treasurer Henry B. Mackintosh,
be, and he hereby is, authorized and empowered,
in the name and on behalf of the Corporation, to sign,
seal with the corporate seal, execute, acknowledge
and deliver a release of the premises shown on
a plan by E. S. Smilee, surveyor, to be therewith
recorded, from the operation of a certain mortgage
given by Horace B. Parker and Henrietta M. Parker,
in her right, to said Corporation, dated , recorded with Middlesex South District
Deeds, Lib. 1928, fol. 4, upon payment of the
sum of one dollars.

Dissolved.
