The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held as notified, on Wednesday, December 14, 1892,
at 2:30 o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Choate,
Eaton, Hodges, Johnson, Jones, Rice, Whitney and Wolcott.

The records of the meeting of June 9, 1892, and
of subsequent meetings, were read and approved.

The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills:

^$5,348.72; October 12, ^$6,458.94; November 9, ^$4,475.09;
and that the same had been thereupon paid by the
Treasurer. Voted that the action of the President
in this regard be fully ratified and approved.
