1893 January 19 Special Meeting.
January 19, 1893.

Records
The records of the last meeting were read and
approved.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Thursday, January 19, 1893.
at 2:30 o'clock, P.M.

Present, The President and Messrs. Choate, Eaton,
Hodges, Johnson, Rice, Sears and Whitney.

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for January 11 was
presented, showing a total of ^$7,690.56; and it
was voted that upon approval by the President,
payment thereof be made by the Treasurer.

Annual Reports. President
The President having presented and read
the Annual Report ³²⁷ to the Proprietors, it was,

Voted that the same be approved and adopted
as the Annual Report of the Trustees to the Proprietors,
and that it be printed and distributed to them accord-
ingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report ³²⁸ of the Treasurer as approved by the
Committee on Finance, and that ³²⁹ of the Superintendent
having also been presented, it was voted, that the
same be accepted, printed and distributed to the
Proprietors.

Representatives appointed
Voted. That Representatives be designated for Lots
