1893 . Special Meeting
.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Friday, , at 2:30
o'clock P.M.

Present the President and Messrs. Choate, Eaton,
Hodges, Jones, Rice, Sawyer, Sears and Shaw.

Records read
The records of the meeting of ,
were read and approved.

Trustees elected .
The President announced that at the Annual
Meeting of the Proprietors held Mr. Joseph
Sawyer was chosen a Trustee to serve until 1894, to
fill out the unequipped term of Mr. Samuel R. Payson,
resigned, and that Mr. Roger Wolcott having de-
clined a re-election, Mr. Henry S. Shaw was elected,
and Mr. William S. Eaton re-elected Trustees to
serve for the term of six years ending 1899.

Election of President.
A ballot having been to keen for President it
appeared that the whole number of ballots cast
was seven all of which were for Israel M. Spelman,
and he was declared elected.

Treasurer Superintendent and Secretary.
Whole numbers of ballots cast for Treasurer,
eight, all of which were H. B. Mackintosh for
Superintendent, eight, all of which were for J. W. Lovering;
and for Secretary, eight, all which were for
Lewis G. Farmer; and they were severally declared elected

Salaries fixed.
Voted that the Salary of the Treasurer be fixed
at $2500 for the ensuing year; that of the assistant
