May 17, 1893.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Wednesday, May 17, 1893, at
12:15 o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs Browne,
Choate, Eaton, Jones, Sawyer and Shaw.

Records waived
The reading of the records of the meeting of Feb-
ruary 10 and of subsequent meetings was waived.

Representatives appointed
Voted, that Representatives be designated for
Lots as follows:

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following schedules of Monthly
Bills: March 8, ^$3109.07; April 12, ^$4562.28; May 10,
^$7418, and that the same had been thereupon paid
by the Treasurer. Voted, that the action of the
President in this regard be fully ratified and
approved.

Treasurer's Quarterly Report.
The Treasurer having presented his report ³³⁰ for
the Quarter ending March 31, 1893, the same was re-
ferred to the Committee on Finance.

Gravel Supply
The President, in behalf of the Committee appoint-
ed at the meeting of February 10, 1893, to inquire into
the subject of providing a gravel supply for the
future purposes of the Cemetery, reported that the
