A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Wednesday, , at

Present, the President and Messrs Browne,
Choate, Eaton, Jones, Sawyer and Shaw.

Records waived
The reading of the records of the meeting of and of subsequent meetings was waived.

Representatives appointed

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following schedules of Monthly

$7418, and that the same had been thereupon paid
by the Treasurer. Voted, that the action of the
President in this regard be fully ratified and
approved.

Treasurer's Quarterly Report.
The Treasurer having presented his report 330 for
the Quarter ending , the same was re-
ferred to the Committee on Finance.

The President, in behalf of the Committee appoint-
