Purchase of Bird estate
Committee had, after advising with the Board, individually
purchased the Bird estate lying between the westerly
side of the Cemetery and land of the Fitchburg Rail-
road Company, containing about 44,000 square feet.

Voted, that the report of the Committee be ac-
cepted, and that their action in the premises be fully
ratified and adoped as that of the Corporation.

Notice of Appropriation
The President then gave notice that at the next meet
ing of the Board, he should ask for an appropriation
not exceeding $2000, for the purpose of paying for said estate

Contracts Perpetual Care.
The Committee on Lots recommended the fol-
lowing Contracts for perpetual care, all of which
were approved by the Board.
