1894 Jan. 22 Special Meeting
January 22, 1894.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Monday, January 22, 1894, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present, The President and Messrs. Browne, Choate,
Eaton, Johnson, Jones, Rice, Sawyer and Shaw.

Records
The records of the last meeting were read and
approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the schedule of Monthly Bills for January 10,
1894, amounting to ^$3,424.28, and that the same had been
thereupon paid by the Treasurer. Voted that the action
of the President in this regard to be fully ratified and approved

Representatives appointed
Voted, that Representatives be designated for Lots
as follows: –

Annual Reports President
The President having presented and read the
³³⁵ Annual Report to the Proprietors, it was

Voted that the same be approved and adopted as
the Annual Report of the Trustees to the Proprietors,
and that it be printed and distributed to them ac-
cordingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report of the Treasurer ³³⁶ , as approved by the
Committee on Finance, and that of the Superintendent ³³⁷

Voted, that the same be accepted, printed and
distributed to the Proprietors.
