Partial Release of Parker Mortgage
Voted, that the Treasurer, Henry B. Mackintosh, be, and he hereby
is, authorized and empowered in the name and on behalf of the
Corporation, to sign, seal with the corporate seal, execute, acknowl-
edge and deliver a release from the operation of a certain mort-
gage given by Horace B. and Henrietta M. Parker to said Corpora-
tion, dated , and recorded with Middlesex South
District Deeds, Lib. 1928. fol. 4, upon payment to him of the
sum of One dollar, two certain parcels of land situated in
Newton, and more particularly described in said release; one
containing 14250 square feet, and the other containing 6661 sq.
feet.

Partial Release of Wise Mortgage
Voted, that the Treasurer, Henry B. Mackintosh, be and he hereby
is, authorized and empowered, in the name and on behalf of the
Corporation, to sign, seal with the corporate seal, execute, acknowl-
edge and deliver a release from the operation of a certain mort-
gage given by Charles H. Wise and Frances A. Wise to said Corp-
oration, dated , and recorded with Suffolk Deeds,
Lib. 2091, fol. 348, upon payment to him of the sum of Twenty-
five Hundred dollars ($2500.), on account of the principal sum
named in said Mortgage, a stip of land bounded by Poplar,
Washington and Ashland streets, containing 5228 square feet,
and being the same premises taken from said Francis A. Wise
by a Resolve and Order of the Board of Street Commissioners
of the City of Boston, for the widening of said Poplar Street,
passed .
