1894 July 10 Special Meeting
July 10, 1894.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held
as notified on Tuesday, July 10, 1894 at 11:45 o'clock A.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Choate,
Eaton, Jones, Sawyer and Shaw.

Records Waived
The reading of the records of the meeting of Febru-
ary 14 and of subsequent meetings was waived.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following schedules of Monthly Bills: _
March 14, $3070.74; April 11. $3973.52; May 9,
$4744.25; June 13. $6958.31; and that the same had
been thereupon paid by the Treasurer.

Voted that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

The schedule for July 11, showing a total of $7143.08,
was presented, and it was voted that upon approval
by the President, payment thereof be made by the
Treasurer.

Treasurer's Quarterly Reports
The Treasurer having presented his Reports
for the Quarters ending March 31 and June 30, re-
spectively, the same were referred to the Committee
on Finance.

Mt. Auburn Street Grade Dama-ges.
Voted that the Secretary be, and he hereby is, instruct-
ed to notify the City of Cambridge that the corporation
will hold said city responsible for all damages sus-
tained by said corporation by reason of the change
of grade and raising of the sidewalk on Mount
