ises described as Lots 1. 2. 3. 4. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. 23.
10. 31 on a plan of Garbett & Wood, dated September 22.
1892 and recorded witht Suffolk Deeds, Book 2129 p.
640 from the operation of a certain mortgage given by
Catherine H. Cummingham to said corporation dated
August 9, 1880 and recorded with said Suffolk Deeds
Book 1500. p. 364, upon the payment. to him of the
sum of Six Hundred and thirty dollars ($630), the same to be
received on account of the principal sum named in said
mortgage.

Partial Release of Cunningham Mortgage
Voted that the Treasurer, Henry B. Mackintosh, be
and he hereby is authorized and empowered in the name
and a behalf of the Corporation to sign seal execute
acknowledge and deliver a release of the premises de-
scribed as Lots 5.6.7.11.12.13.14.15.16. and 56. on a
plan of Garbett + Nood dated September 22, 1892 and
recorded with Suffolk Deeds Book 2129, p. 640, from
the operation of a certain mortgage given by Catherine
H. Cummingham to said corporation, dated August 9.
1880, and recorded with said Suffolk Deeds, Book 1500
p. 364 upon the payment to him of the sum of Six
Hundred and Ten dollars ($610), the same to be received
on account of the principal sum named in said
mortgage.

Voted that the Treasurer Henry B. Mackintosh be
and he hereby is authorized and empowered in the name
