[Assignment of] Merriam Mortgage
and on behalf of the Corporation, to sign, seal, exe-
cute, acknowledge and deliver to the Institution for
Savings in Roxbury and its Vicinity, in consideration
of the sum of Nineteen Thousand dollars (^$19,000) to him
paid, an assignment of a certain mortgage from
Emily Merriam to said corporation, dated August
27, 1888, and recorded with Suffolk Deeds, Book 1845,
p. 178, and with Middlesex So. Dist. Deeds. Book 1875, p.
561.

General Authority to Treasurer to Release and Assign Mortgages
Voted that the Treasurer, with the written approval
of the President and on of the members of the Com-
mittee on Finance, be and he hereby is, authorized
and empowered, in the name and on behalf of
the Corporation, to sign, seal with the corporate
seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver release
of any part of the premises covered by any mort-
gage held by the corporation, and, with such ap-
proval, to assign any mortgage held by the corpora-
tion.

Mass. Hosp. L. Ins. Co.. Policies cancelled and renewed
Voted, that the Treasurer, is hereby authorized to
cancel a policy existing with the Massachusetts
Hospital Life Insurance Company, marked "G,"
and numbered 4636, as of January 1, 1894, amounting
to ^$200,000, and to receive one new policy for said
amount of ^$200 000, bearing date on said January 1,
1894.
