cancel the existing policies of the Massachusetts
Hospital Life Insurance Company, marked "G," and
numbered 4730, 4795, 4851, 4897, 4946, 5014, 5066, 5116,
5187, 5241, 5293, 5347, 5418, 5480, 5530, and 5579 as of
, amounting in the aggregate to $125,174.93,
and to receive on new policy for said amount of $125,174. 93
bearing date on said .

R M Hodges Resignation
The President presented a letter which he had
received from Dr. Richard M. Hodges, resigning
his office as a member of the Board of Trustees,

Voted, that the same be laid on the table.

Mt Auburn Street Widening Damages Accepted
Notice was received from the City of Cambridge
that the sum of Five Hundred and Six and 80/100
dollars ($506.80) had been awarded to the Corporation
for damages sustained by it by reason of the widen-
ing of Mount Auburn Street, and it was there-
upon Voted, that said award be accepted and
that the President be authorized to execute in
the name and on behalf of the Corporation such
deed and other papers as might be necessary
in the premises.

Regular Meeting Dispensed with
Voted, that the regular monthly meeting of the
Board which had been notified to be held on
Wednesday, , be dispensed with.

New Front Entrances
Voted, that the subject of arranging new front entrances to
the Cemetery be referred to the President and Superintendent
with power.
