1894 October 5 Special Meeting
October 5, 1894.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Friday, October 5, 1894, at
12 o'clock, M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne,
Choate, Eaton, Jones, Rice, Sawyer and Sears.

Records waived
The reading of the records of the meeting of
July 10 and of subsequent meetings was waived.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly
Bills: August 8, ^$5,539.80; September 12, ^$5,174.43;
and that the same had been thereupon paid by the
Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this
regard, be fully ratified and approved.

The schedule for October 10, showing a total
of ^$6,164.01, was presented, and it was Voted, that,
upon approval by the President, payment thereof
be made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that Representatives be designated for

Treausrer's Quarterly Report.
