Election of President
A ballot having been taken for President it ap-
peared that the whole number of ballots cast was six
all of which were for Israel M. Spelman and he
was declared elected.

Treasurer, Superintendent and Secretary
Whole number of ballots cast for Treasurer, seven
all of which were for H. B. Mackintosh; for Super-
intdent, seven all of which were for J. H. Lovering;
and for Secretary, seven, all of which were for L. G.
Farmer; and they were severally declared elected.

Salaries fixed
Voted that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed
at $2500. for the ensuing year; that of the assistant
at $1500; that of the Secretary at $800. and that he
be allowed the use of the office without the pay-
ment of rent therefor; and that of the Superintendent at
$4000; and that the last named shall have the use of a
House and the grounds there to belonging, the use of a
Horse and Vehicle and the services of one Man at the
expense of the corporation.

Committtees continued
Voted, that all Committees having unfinished bus-
siness in their hands be continued in office with the
same powers as orginally conferred upon them.

Income Tax
The subject of the liability of the corporation
under the United States Income Tax law was con-
sidered and the President and Mr. Choate were
appointed a committee to investigate the same
and report thereon to take Board.
