1895 June 14 Special Meeting
June 14, 1895.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held, as notified, on Friday, June 14, 1895,
at 12 o'clock M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne,
Cheever, Choate, Foster, Johnson, Jones, Sawyer and
Shaw.

Records.
The records of the meeting of May 24 were read
and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills of
June, 12, 1895, amounting to ^$9,880.13, and that pay-
ment had been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in
this regard be fully ratified and approved.

Representative appointed.
Voted that Mary E. S. Guild, the widow of the late
Proprietor be designated as Representative of Lot
√ No. 2398.

Contracts Perpetual Care.
The Committee on Lots recommended the fol-
lowing Contracts for Perpetual Care, all of
which were approved by the Board:
