October 18, 1895

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Friday, October 18, 1895, at 12:30
o'clock P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Choate, Eaton,
Foster, Jones, Sears and Shaw.

Records
The reading of the records of the meeting of June
14 and of subsequent meetings was waived.

Representatives appointed.
Voted, that Representatives be designated for Lots as

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following schedules of Monthly Bills: –

July 10, ^$6049.04; August 14, ^$5880.58; September 11, ^$5297.60;
and October 9, ^$6023.99, and that payment had been
thereupon made by the Treasurer, Voted, that the
action of the President in this regard be fully rat-
ified and approved.

Treas. Quarterly Reports
The Treasurer having presented his Reports ^{348, 349.} for the
Quarters ending June 31[sic], and Sept. 30, 1895, the same
