John Lot, #2430, Satterlee, #2603, Heirs of Green, #3496,
Heirs of Baldwin, and #3497, Phinney, being in a state
of continued neglect, and their condition impairing the
appearance of the Cemetery, the Secretary, under the
direction of the President, send written notice by mail,
to the last known residence of the Proprietors, of the
fact of their condition; and that, if the same shall re-
main in such neglected condition for thirty days
after the date of such notice, the Superintendent
put the same in proper order, under the direction
of the President, at the expense of the respecting
Proprietors, as provided by Article VI. of the By-Laws.

Treasurer authorized to make entry upon Mortgaged Premises
Voted, that the Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
authorized and empowered to enter, on behalf of the
corporation, upon any premises held in mortgages
by it, for breach of condition of the mortgages,
and to make and record all necessary or usual
certificates and affidavits of such entry.

Grade Damages Settled
The President, on behalf of the Committee appointed
at the meeting of , to whom was referred
the matter of the settlement of the claim of the Corpo-
ration for damages caused by the change in the grade
of Mount Auburn street, reported that a settlement
had been effected witht he City of Cambridge for
Thirteen Hundred and Fifty dollars ($1350.) from which
the sum of One Hundred and Seventy-five dollars ($175.)
