Voted that the report of the Committee be accepted
and the settlement ratified on behalf of the Corpo-
ration.

Garden Ave. Grading Notice of Appropriation
The President then stated that it would be
necessary to expend the net proceeds of the claim
of the Corporation for such grade damages, in
raising the grade of Garden avenue and the
Lots bordering thereon and near the same, and
gave notice that at the next meeting he should
ask for an appropriation equal to the amount of
said net proceeds, for that purpose.

Petition of Louisa K. Wilson et al.
A petition 351 was presented from Louisa K. Wilson
and Sarah I. Kimball, children and sole heirs-at-law
of Daniel Kimball, Jr., and as such proprietors of
Lot No. 1640, praying that the same might be relo-
cated and subdivided into two Lots, as shown on a
plan annexed to said petition.

Voted, that the Secretary be instructed and author-
ized to receive a reconveyance of said Lot to the Corpo-
ration and to deliver to said petitioners quitclaim
deeds of said two Lots so relocated, upon such con-
ditions as may be imposed by the Committee on Lots

Petition of Caroline E. Bonney
A petition 352 was presented from Caroline E. Bonney,
praying that Lot No. 3821, owned by her might be
relocated and subdivided into two Lots, as shown on a
plan annexed to said petition.
