made therein was referred to the President and
Superintendent, with power.

Garden Ave. Grading, &c.
The President reported that Garden Avenue
had been graded and that the grade of the
grounds adjacent thereto had been raised to con-
form with the new grade of Mount Auburn street,
at an expense of $1175, being the same as the
net proceeds of the claim of the Corporation against
the City of Cambridge for damages occasioned by
such change of grade, and, in accordance with
the notice given at the meeting of ,
he asked for an appropriation of $1175 for that
purpose.

Appropriation Voted
Voted, That the appropriation be made accord-
ingly.

Water Pipes Notice of Appropriation
The President gave notice that at the next
meeting of the Board, he should ask for an appro-
priation not exceeding $3000. for water pipes, etc.
for the Eastern part of the Cemetery.

Annual Reports. President
The President having presented and read the
Annual Report 353 to the Proprietors, it was

Voted, That the same be approved and adopted
as the Annual Report of the Trustees to the Pro-
prietors and that it be printed and distributed
to them accordingly.
