[Treasurer] and Superintendent.
The Report 354 of the Treasurer, as approved by the
Committee on Finance, and that 355 of the Superintend-
ent having also been presented, it was

Voted, That the same be accepted, printed and
distributed to the Proprietors.

New Chapel
The President, on behalf of the Committee on the
erection of a New Chapel, reported that no defi-
nite action had been yet taken, and asked for
further time which was granted.

Dissolved.

Monthly Meeting

The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified, on Wednesday, , at 2:30
o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Chee-
ver, Choate, Eaton, Johnson, Jones, Sawyer, Sears,
Shaw and Whitney.

Records
The records of the last meeting were read and
approved.

Trustees elected
The President announced that at the Annual
Meeting of the Proprietors held, , Messrs.
Charles F. Choate and Joshua M. Sears were chosen
Trustees to serve for the term of Six years, ending 1902,
