Election of President
A ballot having been taken for President, it ap-
peared that the whole number of ballots cast was ten,
all of which were for Israel M. Spelman, and he
was declared elected.

Treasurer Superintendent and Secretary
Whole number of ballots cast for Treasurer, ten,
all of which were for H. B. Mackintosh; for Superin-
tendent, ten, all of which were for James C. Scorgie;
and for Secretary, ten, all of which were for L. G.
Farmer, and they were severally declared elected.

Salaries fixed
Voted, that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed
at $2,500. for the ensuing year; that of the assistant
at $1,500; that of the Secretary at $800, and that he be
allowed the use of the office without payment
of rent therefor; and that of the Superintendent
at $2,500; and that the last named shall have the use
of a House and the grounds thereto belonging, the use
of a Horse and Vehicle and the services of one Man, at
the expense of the corporation.

Committees continued
Voted, that all Committees, having unfinished bus-
iness in their hands be continued in office with the same
powers as originally conferred upon them.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills of ,
amounting to $2,811.03, and that payment of the same had
been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.
