New Chapel Report
The Committee on the proposed New Chapel
reported through the President, as chairman of the
Committee, that after a careful examination of
all the plans which had been sent for ap-
proval, they had concluded to recommend for the
acceptance of the Board, the plans and design
presented by Mr. Willard T. Sears

Sears Plans adopted
The plans were then examined by the Board
and after full discussion it was voted, -

That the plans and design for a new office build-
ing and Chapel, offered by Mr. Willard T. Sears Ar-
chitect, be accepted; also, Voted,

That the Committee be authorized to construct
the buildings substantially according to said plans, pro-
vided they can be built by responsible contractors for
the sum of Fifty Thousand dollars, which sum is
not to include the architect's commission; also Voted,

That Messrs. J. R. Coolidge, Jr., Messrs. Longfellow,
