June 26 Special Meeting
June 26, 1896.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified, at the office of Mr. Willard T.
Sears, Mason Building, on Friday, June 26, 1896, at
12 o'clock noon.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne,
Eaton, Foster, Johnson, Jones, Sawyer and Shaw.

Records read
The records of the meeting of March 28, and
of subsequent meetings were read and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills: -

April 8, ^$5798.34; May 13, ^$5,446.71; and June 10, ^$7628.96
and that payment had been thereupon made by
the Treasurer.

Voted, That the action of the President in this
regard be fully ratified and approved.

Treasurer's Quarterly Report.
The Treasurer having presented his Report ³⁵⁸
for the Quarter ending March 31, 1896, the same
was referred to the Committee on Finance.
