suggested that some action be taken by the Board
in regard to the matter of unpaid charges for
such occupancy.

Voted that the whole subject be referred to the
Committee on Interments, with power.

Re-location of Lot #3821 Petiton of Caroline E. Bonney.
The President reported, on behalf of the Committee
on Lots, to whom was referred the matter of the petition
of Caroline E. Bonney for a re-location of Lot No. 3821,
that the Committee recommended that the prayer of
the petition be granted, provided that satisfactory
arrangements be made with regard to perpetual
care.

Voted, That the report of the Committee be ac-
cepted and that the Secretary be instructed and
authorized to receive a reconveyance of said Lot to the
Corporation and to deliver to the petitioners respect-
ively quitclaim deeds of the two portions into which
said Lot would be divided in accordance with
such relocation, as shown by a plan accompanying
said report and petition, upon such conditions
as may be imposed by the Committee on Lots.

New Office Bld'g. and Chapel Vote reconsidered
Mr. W. T. Sears then appeared before the Board & presented
plans and specifications for the proposed new
Office Building and Chapel, together with estimates
from two responsible contractors of the cost of con-
structing the same, from which it appeared that in
order to carry out the plans and purposes of the
