with the places of Mr. Willard T. Sears, provided
they can be built by responsible contractors for
the Sum of Sixty Thousand dollars, which sum is not
to include the architect's commission.

Appropriation Voted
The President in accordance with the notice
given at the meeting of , then asked for
an appropriation of Fifty Thousand dollars, to be
expended in the erection of the new Office Building
and Chapel and it was accordingly voted.

That said sum be appropriated for that purpose.

Notice of Appropriation
The President then gave notice that at the next
meeting of the Board ask for on a appropri-
ation not exceeding Fifteen Thousand dollars for
the same purpose in which the amount of the
architect's commissions should be included.
