Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills
, $6834.87: $6024.31; $5012. 03;
and $6880.35 and that payment had been
thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted. That the action of the President in this re-
gard be fully ratified and approved.

The schedule of , showing a total of
$4787.17 was presented and it was voted, That upon
approval by the President payment thereof be made
by the Treasurer,.

Neglected Lots
Voted. That Lots 361 numbered 1078, Tombs, 1765,
Ralston, 2138 Butts, and 2430, Satterlee, being in
a state of continued neglect, and their condition im-
pairing the appearance of the Cemetery, the Secretary,
under the direction of the President, send written notice
by mail to the last known residence of the Proprietor
or Representative of each of said Lots of the fact of
their condition; and that if the same shall remain in
such neglected condition for thirty days after the
date of such notice, the Superintendent put them in
proper order, under the direction of the President, at
the expense of the respective Proprietors, as provided
by Article VI of the By-Laws.

Lot 2138 is the Paran Stevens Lot. No one named Ralston is associated with it and 2138 is pretty clear. So I'm not sure what's going on here.

Most of these lot numbers do not correspond to names of people interred therein these days. Were they resold due to neglect?
