Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Thursday, , at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Cheever,
Choate, Eaton, Johnson, Sawyer and Whitney.

Records
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the schedule of Monthly Bills for , $3,968.12 and for , $3,166.98, and that pay-
ment of the same had been thereupon made by the Treas-
urer. Voted, that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.
