A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Thursday, January 21, 1897, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Cheever,
Choate, Eaton, Johnson, Sawyer and Whitney.

Records
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the schedule of Monthly Bills for December
9, ^$3,968.12 and for January 13, ^$3,166.98, and that pay-
ment of the same had been thereupon made by the Treas-
urer. Voted, that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

Representatives
Voted, that Representatives be designated for Lots, as
