Lease of Wyeth Estate
& Son in regard to a proposed purchase or lease of
the "Wyeth Estate," so called, occupied by the old office
buildings, was read to the Board by the President.
and after some discussion, it was Voted, that the
matter of leasing said premise be referred to a
Committee consisting of the President and Messrs.
Browne and Shaw, with full powers.
