A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified, on Thursday, , at 2:30 o'clock,
P.M.
Present, the President and Messrs. Cheever, Choate, Eaton,
Foster, Johnson, Jones and Sawyer.
Records not read
Voted to dispense with the reading of the records of
previous meetings.
Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and ap-
proved the following schedules of Monthly Bills, - , $3,079.72, and , $4,935.58, and that pay-
ment of the same had been thereupon made by the
Treasurer.
Voted. that the action of the President in this re-
gard be fully ratified and approved.
Treasurer's Quarterly Report
The Treasurer having presented his Report 366
for the Quarter ending , the same was
referred to the Committee on Finance.
Representatives appointed.
Voted, that Representatives be designated for

Estate 133 Highland St., Roxbury Sale authorized
Voted, that the Finance Committee be authorized
to sell the estate No. 133 Highland Street, in Rox-
bury district of Boston, acquired by foreclosure of
mortgage, on such terms as they shall see fit; and
that the Treasurer be authorized to execute and deliver
